We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Custom Orders
As all our products are made to order, returns and cancellations are generally not accepted once production has commenced. Please contact us at info@hydrapanels.com.au if you have any concerns regarding your order.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with its original packaging intact. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@hydrapanels.com.au If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exchanges
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, exchanges are not available. If you experience any issues, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to assist you.

Refunds
Refunds are only granted for items that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered. Clearance or sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.

Additional Notes:

We do not cover return shipping costs unless the issue was due to our error.
Refunds requested for items purchased prior to sale or clearance price changes will not be approved to ensure fairness for all customers.
